Does Holdback change my store? The audit changes nothing. A campaign adds the tag holdback:offer to the customers who get your offer and creates a discount code only they can use. Ending the campaign removes both.

What happens to my data when I uninstall? Per-customer data is deleted at once and everything else 48 hours later. Details are in the privacy policy.

How do I change plans? In the app, open Plans. Billing runs through Shopify.
