Holdback reads your recent orders and estimates, as a range, how much discount went to orders that would have happened anyway.
Pick a group and a discount. Holdback tags who gets the offer and creates a code only they can use. It works with Shopify Email and Klaviyo.
A random slice of each group never gets the offer. Comparing the two shows what your discount really changed, not a guess.
Holdback never reads customer names, emails, phone numbers or addresses.
